Pacific Halibut Fisheries
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a final rule to implement regulations for halibut fishing in Regulatory Area 4B, as recommended by the North Pacific Fishery Management Council, to enhance fishing opportunities for small vessels.
