NMFS Announces Availability of Draft Gray Whale Research and Monitoring Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) announced the availability of the draft Gray Whale Research and Monitoring Plan, prepared under Section 4(g) of the Endangered Species Act, for review and comment following the removal of the eastern North Pacific gray whale stock from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife on January 7, 1993.
