Final Policy Guidance on Public Participation Under Sec. 306(d)(14) of the Coastal Zone Management Act (CZMA)

The Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management has issued final policy guidance on public participation in state coastal management programs, following a review of comments on draft guidance issued in 1993.
