The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is contemplating the grant of a field of use exclusive license to Radical Corporation for U.S. Patent 5,295,176, titled 'Method and Apparatus for Precisely Measuring Accelerating Voltages Applied to X-Ray Sources'.
