Korean Video Stores Reach Settlement Over Alleged Price Fixing

A Maryland-based video store association and its members have agreed to a consent agreement with the Federal Trade Commission, which would prohibit them from engaging in price fixing and require them to display a settlement notice in their stores and publish it in local Korean-language newspapers.
