JAMS Financial, Inc. Proposes Consent Agreement to Settle Alleged Unfair Acts and Practices

JAMS Financial, Inc. has proposed a consent agreement with the Federal Trade Commission to settle allegations of violating federal law by failing to accurately disclose annual percentage rates and other credit terms to consumers, and to provide refunds to those misled by undisclosed finance charges.
