Great Southern Video, Inc., et al. Propose Consent Agreement to Address Federal Law Violations

The companies have agreed to settle allegations of unfair acts and practices by requiring video dating service franchises to clearly disclose credit terms and provide refunds to consumers misled by finance charges and APRs, as mandated by the federal Truth in Lending Act.
