Local Health System, Inc., et al; Proposed Consent Agreement With Analysis To Aid Public Comment

Local Health System, Inc., et al have proposed a consent agreement with the Commission to settle allegations of unfair acts and practices, which would prevent the merger of the two largest hospitals in St. Clair County, Michigan, and require the hospitals to obtain Commission approval before acquiring certain hospital assets in the Port Huron area for a limited time.
