New York Stock Exchange Approves Rule Change for Market-at-the-Close Orders

The New York Stock Exchange, Inc. has granted approval for a proposed rule change that adds market-at-the-close orders to the list of exchange rule violations and fines, and amends the minor rule violation enforcement and reporting plan.
