Equal Access to Justice Act: Implementation

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations to implement the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), which provides for the award of fees and expenses to individuals and businesses prevailing in certain agency proceedings.
