NRC Approves Rule Change to Protect Nuclear Power Plants Against Malevolent Use of Vehicles

The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved a final rule revising 10 CFR Part 73 on June 30, 1994, to protect nuclear power plants against malevolent use of vehicles, including the requirement for vehicle barrier systems.
