Measurex Corporation Seeks NRC Rulemaking Changes
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received a petition from Measurex Corporation to amend its regulations regarding Agreement State regulation of byproduct material, and to require the NRC to publish Agreement State notices of proposed and completed rulemaking.
