U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and State of New Hampshire Reach Final Agreement on Emergency Response Data Sharing

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a Final Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the State of New Hampshire, outlining procedures for the state to access emergency response data from a commercial nuclear power plant in New Hampshire. This agreement was previously published in the Federal Register on February 11, 1992, in response to public comments.
