U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Hydro Resources, Inc. ISL Project in New Mexico

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, in partnership with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs, has approved a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Hydro Resources, Inc.'s proposed in-situ leach project in McKinley County, New Mexico, paving the way for the company to obtain necessary licenses and leases to proceed with the project.
