Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Requests Public Comment on New Information Collection
The OCC is seeking public input on a new information collection, 'Risk Management Guidance for Higher Loan-to-Value Lending Programs in Communities Targeted for Revitalization', as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
