OCC Extends Minority Depository Institutions Advisory Committee Charter

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has decided to renew the charter of the Minority Depository Institutions Advisory Committee, a committee established to provide advice on minority depository institutions, due to its importance in serving the public interest and aligning with the goals set by the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989.
