FAR Council Proposes New Whistleblower Protections for Contractor Employees
The Federal Acquisition Regulation Council is considering a new subpart to provide whistleblower protections for contractor employees, following the enactment of Sections 6005 and 6006 of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994.
