US Government Proposes Amendments to FIRMR Regulations to Ensure Currency and Relevance

The General Services Administration (GSA) has issued a proposal to update Federal Information Resources Management Regulation (FIRMR) provisions to keep them current and relevant, in accordance with Executive Order 12866 of September 30, 1993. The proposed changes aim to improve accessibility, clarify requirements, and provide more flexibility for agencies.
