DOD, GSA, and NASA Repeal Secretarial/Agency Head Determinations for Cost Type or Incentive Contracts

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued an interim rule to eliminate the need for a determination and findings before using cost type or incentive contracts, effective immediately.
