CAAC and DARC Agree to Amend FAR to Allow Firms to Rely on PASS for Small Business Size and Ownership Information

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to allow firms to rely on the Procurement Automated Source System for accurate size and ownership information, exempting this change from Office of Management and Budget review.
