CAAC and DARC Agree on FAR Amendment for Proper Government Property Transfer

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have finalized a rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation, ensuring accurate documentation of government property transfers, exempt from Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
