Federal Acquisition Regulation; Cost Accounting Standards

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to convert the interim rule, published in the Federal Register at 57 FR 39586, August 31, 1992, to a final rule with changes, based on an analysis of public comments. This regulatory action was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
