Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Requests Comments on Proposed Information Collection for Bank Secrecy Act/Money Laundering Risk Assessment
The OCC is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection titled Bank Secrecy Act/Money Laundering Risk Assessment, also known as the Money Laundering Risk (MLR) System, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
