Federal Acquisition Regulation; Revision to Optional Form 17, Sealed Bid Label

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to revise the Sealed Bid Label in Optional Form 17 and amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to provide one standard label for offers, regardless of the submission method. This change was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
