Federal Acquisition Regulation; Lease with Option to Purchase

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to support lease-to-purchase decisions and outline the government's right to purchase at any time during contract performance, exempt from Office of Management and Budget review.
