Notice of USTR Determination of Violation of Trade Agreement

The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has determined that Japan's practices regarding cellular telephone products and services are not in compliance with a 1989 trade agreement. USTR will request the section 301 Committee to recommend actions under the Trade Act of 1974.
