Notice of Request for Written Public Comments on Accession of Bulgaria, Mongolia, Russia, and Ukraine to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT)

The Trade Policy Staff Committee is requesting written public comments on the accession of Bulgaria, Mongolia, Russia, and Ukraine to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). Comments will be considered in developing the U.S. position and objectives for bilateral and multilateral negotiations.
