U.S. Trade Representative Office Announces Establishment of Dispute Settlement Panel Over Gasoline Standards

The USTR has informed the public that the GATT Council of Representatives has agreed to set up a dispute resolution committee in response to a request from Venezuela to review the EPA's gasoline standards, which were finalized in 1994.
