Monitoring of U.S. Imports of Tomatoes

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) is monitoring U.S. imports of fresh or chilled tomatoes, as directed by the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, until January 1, 2009, to expedite an investigation concerning provisional relief under the Trade Act of 1974.
