Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Terminating the Investigation as to Two Respondents on the Basis of Settlement Agreements and Granting Complainants' motion To Withdraw the Complaint as to the Only Remaining Respondents; Termination of Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination to terminate an investigation into Natural Gas Products Co. and Friatec AG Keramik und Kunststoffwerke due to a settlement agreement, and also granted a motion to withdraw the complaint against MT Deason, Inc. and Power and Process, Inc.
