Certain Devices for Connecting Computers Via Telephone Lines; Decision Not To Review Initial Determinations Granting Joint Motions To Terminate the Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review three initial determinations issued by the presiding administrative law judge in the investigation, granting joint motions to terminate the investigation for several respondents, including Focus Enhancements, Inc. and Good Way Industrial Co., Ltd., based on patent and settlement agreements.
