Wheel Inserts From the People's Republic of China

On October 5, 1994, the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission received a letter from the petitioner in the subject investigation (Consolidated International Automotive, Inc., Los Angeles, CA) withdrawing its petition. The U.S. Department of Commerce has not initiated its investigation as provided in section 732(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. Sec. 1673a(c)). Accordingly, the U.S. International Trade Commission gives notice that its antidumping investigation concerning wheel inserts from the People's Republic of China (inv. no. 731-TA-720 (Preliminary)) is discontinued.
