Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (ID) (Order No. 9) issued on October 10, 1994, by the presiding administrative law judge (ALJ) in the above-captioned investigation. The ID granted a motion of complainant Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing (3M) for summary determination that the economic tests for establishing a domestic industry in this investigation are met.
