Electronic Filing of FERC Form No. 1 and Delegation to Chief Accountant; Final Rule

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is amending its regulations to expedite the processing of waiver requests for FERC Form No. 1 and FERC Form No. 1-F filing requirements by delegating authority to the Chief Accountant.
