OCC Requests Public Input on Volcker Rule Revision and Application

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public input to help determine how the Volcker Rule should be revised to better achieve its purposes. The OCC is also seeking suggestions on how the rule has been applied and administered, with a focus on regulatory actions that can be taken to achieve these objectives.
