Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Fair Housing Home Loan Data System Regulation
The OCC is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, titled Fair Housing Home Loan Data System Regulation, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
