Permissible Services of U.S.-Licensed International Communications Satellite Systems Separate From the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (INTELSAT)

The U.S. Commission has modified its policy to allow up to 1,250 64-kbps equivalent circuits per satellite to interconnect with the public switched network for public switched service provision via international separate satellite systems.
