Establishing Rules and Policies for ``Local Multipoint Distribution Service''

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) modifies its proposal to redesignate the 28 GHz frequency band for terrestrial point-to-multipoint services, and issues a public notice requesting comments on the establishment of a Negotiated Rulemaking Committee to develop technical regulations for the band's use.
