FCC Implements Sections 3(n) and 332 of the Communications Act Regarding Mobile Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted rules to implement sections 3(n) and 332 of the Communications Act of 1934, defining commercial mobile radio service (CMRS) and private mobile radio service (PMRS), and establishing regulatory status for mobile services and personal communications services (PCS).
