Spectrum Below 5 GHz Transferred From Federal Government Use

The Federal Communications Commission initiates a proceeding to determine the most appropriate use of 50 megahertz of spectrum transferred from Federal Government use to private sector use, aiming to introduce new services and enhance existing ones within 18 months.
