Implementation of Sections 3(n) and 322 of the Communications Act Regarding Regulatory Treatment of Mobile Services

The Federal Communications Commission has accelerated the effective date of the redesignation of part 99 of the Commission Rules as part 24 to ensure other rule changes take effect after the redesignation.
