Expanded Interconnection With Local Telephone Company Facilities

The FCC reaffirmed its commitment to its expanded interconnection policy, directing local telephone companies to provide access services through virtual collocation in response to a U.S. Court of Appeals decision in Bell Atlantic Telephone Companies v. FCC.
