Upgrading the Mobile-Satellite Service Allocation at 19.7-20.2 GHz and 29.5-30.0 GHz

The Federal Communications Commission upgraded the secondary allocation for Mobile-Satellite Service at 19.7-20.2 GHz and 29.5-30.0 GHz to a primary allocation, conforming the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations with the results of the World Administrative Radio Conference, Malaga-Torremolinos, 1992.
