Order to Show Cause for Modification of KHEN License

The Federal Communications Commission has issued an Order to Show Cause against Roy E. Henderson, permittee of Station KHEN, to modify its license to operate on Channel 297A instead of Channel 236A, allowing consideration of a Channel 236C2 allotment in College Station, Texas.
