Miscellaneous Rules Relating to Common Carriers; Correction

This document contains corrections to the final regulations, which were published Wednesday, February 5, 1992 (57 FR 4373). The regulations relate to a comprehensive system of strengthened nonstructural safeguards, including cost accounting safeguards applicable to the Bell Operating Companies (BOCs) and other Tier 1 local exchange carriers (LECs) established under Subpart I.
