New York State Seeks Extension to Regulate Commercial Mobile Radio Service Rates

The New York Public Service Commission has requested an extension to review and submit comments on the regulation of commercial mobile radio service rates, following amendments to the Communications Act in the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, which preempted state regulation of commercial mobile radio services.
