FCC Requests Comments on PDB Broadcasting's Petition for FM Station Channel Substitution

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition filed by PDB Broadcasting, the permittee of a new FM station, Channel 299A, in Woodville, Mississippi, which seeks to substitute Channel 299C3 for Channel 299A and modify its construction permit to operate on the higher powered channel. The FCC also proposes to modify the channel allocations for stations in Jena, Louisiana, and Clayton, Louisiana.
