Federal Acquisition Regulation; Employee Compensation Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council (CAAC) and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (DARC) are considering changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify the regulations concerning the allowability of personal services compensation costs. This regulatory action was subject to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) review pursuant to Executive Order No. 12866 dated September 30, 1993.
