The Commission, at the request of Keith E. Lamonica, allots Channel 255A to Pioche, Nevada, as the community's first local aural transmission service. See 58 FR 63320, December 1, 1993. Channel 255A can be allotted to Pioche in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates North Latitude 37-55-47 and West Longitude 114-27-05. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
