Summary: The Commission will consider petitions for reconsideration of the national and local radio ownership rules. 3--International--Title: Application of Orbital Communications Corporation for Authority to Construct, Launch and Operate a Non- Voice, Non-Geostationary Mobile-Satellite System (File Nos. 22-DSS- P-90(20), 9-DSS-LA-94, 10-DSS-AMEND-94).
